In normal marketing theory, USP is Unique Selling Preposition, but for Mark victor hansen
and Robert G. Allen, US coach and marketer,USP is ultimate advantage, sensational offer and powerful promise
ok. . give me a moment to giving you some details, . .

ehhm. . in marketing, the things you sell must have advantage, pricely "Ultimate advantage"
that is meant, all you sell are different among the other,there are ultimate advantage that
is can't found in other product. ok i'll give you real example.
if you want to open coffee corner, you must emphasize to the ultimate advantage of your
product among the other, a cup of coffee you sell must having unique selling point, for example
you can add some mint extract to the coffee or free choco granule and extra cream,
or you can show to the costumer that coffee bean of you are naturally from china rurar,
and the coffe bean its' self also rare (for example),and give the other selling point additions on the coffee.
ok i think enought. . you can contemplate the other. .trial and error.ok

Sensational offer usually influenced by discount, prize and limit (The sum of product and time limit).
ok. . . in the case you are going to sell coffee, your coffee corner must giving some sensational offer
to the costumer such discount for a packet of coffee, but as what #1 world marketer said, prize is more powerfull
than discount. souvenir, extra coffee for 5 times buying are some sensational over and you can easily find the other
sensational-more powerfull offer, and we must remember too that,there are stigma from custumer,there are some
hidden and worst "Things" in discount, such as price embezzlement. . . . .
so. . if you want to take the consument from your "Rival", you must providing sensational over,
special-sensational prize,provide "Mad" discount ever. . . and set the limit,
fantastic, isn't it? do and prove it.

And the last is powerfull promise. .give the costumer satisfaction and guarantee,
if your product less in quality so you must focus on quality building,
before massively sell your product. Made the most delicious coffee ever!. .give them satisfaction in your product
and if you have made the most delicious coffee. . give them guarantee in dissatisfaction
and also in service. . . soo, prepare your waiter-waitress too. .
because you have prepared the most delicious coffee ever,
so. .there is no other dissatisfaction but if there is dissatisfaction,
maybe the percentage of the dissatisfaction is 0,000 %. .means ADVANTAGE for you
and one last thing . .treat your costumers as a KING.

DO THIS MARKETING TRICK !, ADJUST !, TRIAL AND ERROR IS NEEDED,AND GRAB SUCCESSS
